Breanne + Aaron – Solo Guitar at Southern Highlands Golf Club

I’ll admit I’m pretty jealous that I didn’t get to play this wedding.  Breanne was set on having Storybook Love, an instrumental theme from The Princess Bride, played for her entrance, and it was ideal on solo guitar!  The couple loved Michael’s intimate acoustic guitar sound and preferred it over an added cello which they thought (and I agree) was a little too dramatic for their intimate fairytale wedding so we decided to do without the cello.  The song ended up being absolutely perfect for Breanne’s entrance and to top off the dreamy atmosphere, the couple rode off from the ceremony on a horse and carriage!  Michael kept the music going for their appetizer/cocktail hour and played some pop and jazz favorites.

“Michael our guitarist was the perfect touch to our ceremony! He was extremely professional and friendly when we met with him beforehand and in emails and made us feel confident that he would do a great job. We asked him to play a song that he wasn’t familiar with and he learned it and did a fabulous job! All the guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the music he played before and after the ceremony. Crystal was also very helpful and friendly in coordinating everything and setting us up with Michael. Thank you so much!”
